Shipping

All orders are made to order and are dispatched within 3-4 working days (longer during busier periods).

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (excluding public/bank holidays). Orders are processed during these hours only.

For example, if you place an order after 6pm on a Friday, we receive it on the next working day (Monday).

Once dispatched, all orders are sent with An Post tracked. The standard shipping fee in Ireland is €4.90 per shipment. Typically, you can expect your orders to arrive within a convenient timeframe of 3-5 working days in the Republic of Ireland (not including production time), please allow up to 14 working days for out of Ireland shipments.

Please note that Little Galway Store is not liable for any customs charges or duties that may be incur upon delivery of international orders.

United States of America: Due to the new tariffs now in place, please be aware that additional customs fees may apply. These charges are beyond our control and are determined by the relevant customs authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information. Little Galway Store does not cover any taxes / customs charges therefore if a parcel is sent back to us due unpaid fees no refund is issued.

Refund & Returns Policy
We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may exchange non-personalised items within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please ensure that the items are returned with tags still attached and in an unworn condition to maintain their quality. It is important to note that personalised orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. If your order is not as described, arrives damaged, or if you are simply not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately for assistance. We are here to help resolve any issues you may encounter with your order. Customers are responsible for return / exchange shipping charges for all returns unless an item is faulty.
